The ₹4,999 annual fee paid by astrologers is for a digital listing and promotional service that includes profile publication, visibility, and marketing on our website.
Since this is a service-based and non-tangible offering, activation begins immediately upon successful payment.
Once your astrologer listing has been submitted and activated on Top 10 Astrologers, the service cannot be cancelled.
Cancellations can only be requested before the listing is approved and made live on the website.
To request cancellation prior to approval, please email us at [your support email, e.g. support@top10astrologers.com] with your transaction ID and registered details.
No refunds are applicable once your profile is approved and listed on the website, as the digital promotion service has already commenced.
In cases where:
A duplicate payment has been made accidentally, or
The transaction was unsuccessful but amount was deducted,
we will initiate a full refund within 7–10 working days after verification.
Refunds (if applicable) will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
